Ford Chesapeake Square

Just purchased my second Fusion in less than four years from Cavalier! I could not be happier with my experience or my car. By talking with my salesman, Craig, in advance, choosing my car was easy and done quickly. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, Cavalier Ford at Chesapeake Square can offer you the best.

I had two emergencies with two separate vehicles and needed unexpected repairs done ASAP! Even though her schedule we booked for a week, Nicky Pepke squeezed both vehicles into service right away, had them serviced in a very reasonable time, communicated throughout the evolution, for a fair price, and everything was done very professionally. She is amazing!!

this is our second experience with purchasing a car at this location, we couldn't be more impressed Everyone was kind, respectful and listened to what we wanted We didn't feel pushed or overwhelmed We will definitely recommend them to anyone we know purchasing or needing service and we will return to them as well Too notch team!

We were credit challenged, and Cavalier Ford Chesapeake Square was more than helpful. Frank G. was a very professional and knowledgeable sales/financial representative. His patience handling our financial situation and the delay in getting things done on my part, is greatly appreciated. We are now a proud owners of a very nice and clean used vehicle.

Horrible experience with service. Took the mechanics 4 visits to sort out a simple clutch/transmission problem, with a loss of my vehicle for 30 plus days. Even more concerning, it took 7 or 8 visits to figure out a cooling system problem, with a loss of my vehicle for over 40 days. And they never offered me a loaner or anything like that!



If you look at the reviews, it is clear the sales department is pretty good here, but just as clear the service department is abyssmal.





Interestingly, I submitted a review similar to this a few months ago & it has mysteriously disappeared from the Cavalier web site. Hmmm. . .





My advice: Do NOT MAKE CAVALIER FORD your dealership for life, as the TV add says. Go to Beach Ford or some mom & pop shop, but definitely not Cavalier!
