Unfortunately couldn't help me but felt bad for me and was extremely nice. If I need them for other rides will definitely call.

If I could give no stars I would. The guy was late and went to the wrong address after I told him 6x. Went the most round about way possible. Caught a flat. Had to call a different cab. Waited for new cab. New cab took the way I originally wanted to go. Still charged me the same price n said if I used them before they would've gave me the discount I was asking for. Had the nerve to ask for a tip while trying to give me his card. Yes I wanted to sympathize. Yes accidents happen. But should I be the one paying for it in the end? Apparently so.

best cab around, always on time very clean and they treat you nice not to expensive ,needed a cab 7 in the morning was here exacatly on time,the cab is very clean .

The driver was extremely courteous and helpful. I left my phone in the car and he tried calling us back on another phone after we were dropped off, but our ringer was off. The next day he tracked us down and got me my phone back!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Jazz took great care of me. I live in Texas and I desperately needed a trustworthy cab company to get my teenage daughter to the airport in Philly -- she was out of money and scared. Jazz took care of that transportation and even took my credit info by phone. Driver consoled my daughter, who was very upset....then he called me when she made it to the airport safely. What a relief!

If you need a cab, call them! They ARE NOT like other cab companies!! PLEASE READ.

This year, I have totaled my car, I have been out of work for 3 years sprinkled with some temporary work or work for my spouse's medical practice doing marketing and promos. I have found a great job with benefits and need to keep it at all costs. We have one car right now, I desperately need medical coverage for a very serious condition that's gotten worse VERY FAST and to bring in money because the original practice we bought is almost paid off but not yet (more money than most people could comprehend), and I need to help with finances when he's juggling 4 costly practices (plus loans, payroll, mortgage on house, rent on practices, utilities for 5 places, etc etc) you get the picture, but while this is all going on, I am expected to finish my Rutgers degree in Biology (Bio is pre-med, it's NOT easy), work full-time (grueling hours) while in school, keep the house clean, ALL chores on me, have no family or friends to help me, and thats just a FRACTION of what's going on. So tomorrow, I have no ride to work because he has a meeting and needs the car, but I wasn't told until 9 pm! I LITERALLY have no one who could help me. SO, I call the cab company since they're 2 seconds away and the spouse and I are fighting but he was downstairs until I needed to get my work address for cab driver, and as I went downstairs to get landline, the spouse starts yelling at me (we had been fighting before I called, and the poor driver is on the phone listening to him scream at me, me at him, and the spouse is screaming at me with explitives. Still, the driver patiently and quietly waited on the line while I got what I needed and went upstairs to my bedroom and shut the door. I couldn't help it, but I broke down and was trying to choke back tears but the driver heard. He was so sweet and caring (I've NEVER even had a company be NICE on the phone, let alone try to soothe me, ask if I was okay, tells me it'll be alright, asking if I am sure I'm ok again, and you get the idea), so if it weren't for this man, I'd probably still be crying but he made me feel better with a few kind words. That's not his job, he could've treated me like any other cab company; been rude and indifferrent or even hung up. He didn't. He will defintely get a big tip tomorrow and if I need a cab, he will be the ONLY one I will call. It's amazing how most people don't understand good customer service and kindness will get you more business, but apparently this company does (they went above and beyond), and if he cares enough to try to make me feel better and stick through the screaming of my spouse without hanging up, I can only imagine the service will be phenomenal. In my opinion, it already is. I will write again tomorrow to say how it went. Kudos to this man. This is obviously a company that cares and stands apart from other cab companies. Thank you Jazz Cab.
