Super modern take on Asian cuisine PF Chang's China Bistro in Chattanooga is spectacular. I have been a fan of this modern take on Asian cuisine for a while now, but walking into the Chattanooga restaurant made me a believer in PF Chang's as a place of adult refuge. When I want to "get away" with the girls, I want a place that is an instant party. I want a place that isn't a waste of makeup. PF Chang's is loud, fun and delicious. The Chattanooga restaurant is particularly fabulous with its open floor plan, impressive decor and friendly waitstaff. - For my birthday last week my girlfriends and I visited PF Chang's for some much needed "non-mommy" time. Our waiter, Bryan was hilarious and helpful and the food nearly broke the table with its abundance (lots of leftovers guaranteed). I'm dreaming of the Street noodles right now. PF Chang's may not be authentic - my sister never saw a lettuce wrap the entire time she lived in China- but I don't mind America takes on food. I never saw a "pizza" while I visited Italy, at least not the way we Americans make them.

P. F. Chang's is one of my all time favorite Chinese Restaurants. I've had the pleasure of dining at it in Knoxville, Atlanta, the Mall of Georgia and Chattanooga. My favorite dish is the Ma Po Tofu. The Tofu Lettuce Wraps are awesome too. Their special sauce, eggplant, green beans, lo mein and fried rice are perfect as well. What I really like about P. F. Chang's Chattanooga is that they provide a kids menu.something that I have not found in any of the other P.F. Chang's I've visited. They also provide Gluten Free options as well. And if you're kids are super picky and will only eat "Chinese Spaghetti" (lo mein) you can get a side order for a cheap $2.00. The service was great. The only difference I've noticed with the Ma Po Tofu in Chattanooga from the other restaurants is that it is cubed and not triangled and the inside is a little more silken but still tastes great and has the crispy outside.
We have been going to this restaurant for 17 years. It is a small quaint place but the food is always good. The owner is a very nice lady who is usually there working . It has the best hot and sour soup I've ever had. I also recommend the twice cooked pork. The crab rangoon is great . We moved from East ridge 12 years ago but I still try to stop to eat or get take out whenever i am in the area. When I'm really craving chinese food I have even been know to drive the hour to get the Best China for my family..
