Very unethical and unprofessional. Travis Wichman is arrogant and rude. Teresa doesn't seem to have any idea as to what's going on and no one else could help me because, "Mr. Wichman" was out of the office and the other salesman were out on appointments. There should be more than one "Salesman" or as Travis called himself, "Sales Manager" in the office during the day considering I came in at 2:30pm.

I "HIGHLY" recommend Wichman Monuments. They were very professional and knowledgeable, I honestly wasn't ready to deal with this part of the process but Mr. Trent was amazing and made my visit there pleasant. If you're looking for professionalism go see Trent Wichman. We also asked if his headstone could be veiled and they honored that for us, again thanks. We have actually used them on several occasions and they were very professional every time.

Also their work is guaranteed!!!

THE STATE OF MIND I WAS IN WHEN I LOST MY MOM,I WAS DEVASTATED...WHEN IT CAME TIME TO GET THE HEADSTONE I WENT TO WICHMAN MONUMENTS!!! THEY ARE VERY CARING PEOPLE! THEY SHOWED ME LOVE,COMPASSION AND REASSURED ME THAT I WOULD BE OKAY!! AFTER THE DELIVERY OF MY MOM'S HEADSTONE AND WHEN I SEEN IT I WAS SPEECHLESS...IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL AND COMPLIMENTED MY MOM'S CHARACTER BEING THE TYPE OF PERSON SHE WAS!!! I have nothing bad to say about the girls in the office but our monuments ha e been payed for for three months a nd still not finished or set . We are getting very frustrated with this company.I have called and called and still get the same runaround it's been next week for three months !!!

They are the best with customer service and best product and prices! This is evident for the number of years they have been in business! Great customer service and they know what is best for you and your family needs!

I highly recommend Wichman Monuments of Chattanooga. They are so easy to work with and have a wide variety of monuments from which to select. I had one customized for my mother. When I showed my mother (who was in a nursing home at the time) a sketch of her monument, she said it was Perfect! The finished monument has been installed and is absolutely beautiful!
