Walgreens

Sorry for your experience at this Walgreen's location. I love this store. But come to think about it. I have never heard them call anyone's name over the speakers. It maybe a privacy policy that they have.

Dropped off my prescription at 11:15 and the pharmacist said it would take 15 minutes or so to fill. I told the pharmacist that I would wait. I never heard my name called, so at 12:05 I went to the counter and was told my prescription had been ready since 11:30. When I asked why my name was not called I was told “I don’t know.” I will not have any more prescriptions filled at the Walgreens’ again!
