        We are located at 7506 East Brainerd Rd Chattanooga TN 37421. Get off the Exit 3 "East Brainerd Exit", Head toward Gunbarrel rd and cross over it, we are on the right hand side in a brick house with an American flag on the front porch. You will see a Sonic and KFC right before seeing us. If you get to the post office you have gone to far and just passed us.

        Local Branch office is a friend brick home built in the 1950's the interior is warm, friendly, and homey. The customer service received upon arrival matches the charming Mortgage Office decor. Plenty of parking is available on front and back with 2 entrances from either side.

        Buying a home is stressful, but the people at homerate mortgage carried me the whole way through the process keeping me updated along the way. My loan closed in just a couple of weeks and I was included in the process from start to finish. Without a doubt, lowest rates in town, and I couldn't be happier with the deal I got as a result.
