Greenlife has a great selection of health products. The layout and look of the store is wonderful. There is always something interesting to find to eat and look at there. The only problem with the store is some of the staff can be a little snooty and self-righteous. Their customer service skills are in dire need of some retraining. Customers should not be made to feel guilty if they ask for a bag for their groceries. The last thing we need is a bunch of pretentious, spoiled brats being the face and voice of the green movement. Management should consider some diversity in their hiring.

The other problem with Greenlife is it is very overpriced. They have been able to get away with this because they have not had much competition here in Chattanooga. That is changing. Earthfare is now open, and a new urban market is in the works for the Southside. Greenlife needs to get off its high horse and truly come back down to earth. A holier than thou attitude will not get people in the door. Humility goes a long way.

Very bad customer service! Very unhappy with our visit to Greenlife. Employees were very rude and with prices that high we will not be going back. We later found out that the rude employees were actually management. Not a good sign if you ask me. Also I have heard of similar experiences from other locals...not good at all. You wont find us going there again!!
