El Monterrey Mexican Restaurant

I ordered a specialty, flaming steak and cheese, there was so much chorizo it was greasy and nasty tasting. The steak was gristly and we asked for a #1 all chicken and they put beef. I called to complain and the manager was indifferent. I will take my business elsewhere, so I can enjoy my food.

We used to eat here about 3 times a month. The server's always seemed to get our orders wrong, we couldn't get a refil on drinks timely and they were often not friendly so we stopped eating there. Tonight I decided to order take out because the food isn't bad and we Iove their cheese dip with spinich. I specifically asked for an order of salsa as I was willing to pay for it, I was told salsa comes with all the meals I don't have to order it. Wouldn't you just know I got home to find no salsa. They also messed up my fajita order, I asked for beef and chicken and got beef, chicken and shrimp. I don't care for shrimp on my fajita's. Well this was their last chance for our family. In the future we will be giving all of our business to Amigo's.

I ABSOUTLEY LOVE El Monterrery, their food is amazing! I always get the Chicken Fajita Nachos, sooo good!
