I am very pleased with TruGreen. My lawn looks fantastic ! I really like receiving the text alerts and emails to let me know when they are coming. The app is great to actually see that they are enroute to you house. I also like receiving the personalized report of what the tech person saw in the lawn and exactly what chemicals were used. I have two dogs and originally had reservations about using a lawn service because of health concerns for our pets, but we have not had any issues at all. This is the the first time I have used a lawn service and have recommended them to friends and family.

Each visit the technician makes sure to talk to me before they start, to let me know exactly what they will be doing. I am also given a detailed printout after, letting me know about the service. I have also called in about me service. The customer service rep has always taken the time to answer any questions I had. I have been with Trugreen 14 years. And have never thought once about changing.

Our yard looks great. It took about 2 years to get all of the weeds but now most are gone and we have a nice yard.
