My experience was very enjoyable. Loved my back massage!

I love south side dental center! The staff was very professional and friendly, it was the best dental experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible company. I came in for a crown a year ago. They cleared the crown with insurance so I agreed to go forward with it. Afterwards, I paid my bill which was something around $600-700 and got back a receipt stating a zero balance. Wait for it.



Literally 6-months later I get a new bill for over $500 for the same crown! It had a hand-writeen note on it saying, “Opps! Insurance didn’t approve the crown after all. Whoops, sorry about that. You now owe $508.00. Pay within 15 days or we will send the bill to a collector.” I was irate! The situation was completely ridiculous. I called, fought it, tried to sue. They didn’t care. Their smiles slowly became bullying.



Secondly, I also question their quality and professionalism. The head dentist guy is laid back, casual, even funny...which in a way was nice. But I always worried about it too…because can you really trust a doctor who doesn’t take his job seriously? Then this happened: in the middle of the crown operation, someone screwed up and applied the adhesive to the wrong side of the key piece. When the news came out, everyone was upset because it meant they would have to start over and order a new mold. But no, that dentist paused for about 5 seconds, realized he would had to pay for the new mold and went ahead with using reversed piece! Who does that?!



South Side Dental Center is one of the worst companies I’ve ever encountered. I would recommend that you stay away from these people at all costs. What really urks me is they had already made like $700 off me, which easily covered their cost, and screwed up the crown. They could have easily eaten the insurance cost and maybe kept a customer. No harm, no foul. But instead they shook me down to make another $500 for an hour's worth of work, instead of caring about the customer relationship.

You can tell that the doctor and staff are experienced. They run a smooth operation and everything is fantastic! All the staff are super well-trained and they helped me stay relax.

Scheduling was easy, cleaning was efficient, and they had a workable pay plan. They had a friendly atmosphere and I highly recommend this place to my friends.

Beautiful new offices. The back massage chair was nice. The dentist took the time to let the local anesthetic take full effect. Dr. Spano takes the time to make you feel comfortable and I really appreciate that.

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist. I have been coming to see Dr. Spano since July 23, 2008. I have never had a bad experience. He is very caring. Dr. Spano is very personable and has a great bedside manner. The office staff and Melissa are the best.

Like most people, I hate going to the dentist, even for cleanings. I moved here a few years ago and had to find a dentist and Dr. Spano was recommended to me. I have had a lot of work done in the last 4 or 5 years. Dr. Spano and his staff have been great. Very supportive, explain my options and listen to my concerns. I have been very happy here and would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a dentist or needs a new one who listens and cares and does great work.

My favorite dentist. They have massage chairs that help you relax. It makes the world of a difference.
