Had service done on 4 appliances and service on one appliance...Thought it was ridiculous that service was on a Monday than same guy alone with another tech came several days later to do maintenance check...when I called I asked if it all could be done on same day so I wouldn't lose 2 days of work ..and I was told NO the tech & maintenance guys are two different people...Really....hmmmm..NOT And did I mention they sent 1 guy for the fridge and dishwasher and the "tech" guy for the washer & dryer...so I got two guys arriving within mins to do something that one guy in one trip could have done...and yes I live over an hour out in the country from their office...and yes both were qualified to service & maintain all appliances....What a waste of time and money... 1 guy in 1 day could have handled what they sent 2 guys and 3 trips to the country...not to mention I had to lose 2 days of work @ $275 a day...so I was very unhappy with the scheduling people

Sears appliance repair was handled professionally and thoroughly. Very capable technician arrived as scheduled. Sears' notification by email and telephone were also an added feature to keep me informed of updates on arrival time. Thanks!
The technician quickly identified the source of the problem and took all the time necessary to make the repair and confirm that the appliance was working. We were totally satisfied with the result.
