As a bride I had been very frustrated both trying on gowns and finding bridesmaid dresses. The entire staff were the most friendly people I've ever met! Vito, Ro, and Olivia helped us out and the rest of the girls were wonderful as well! We bought my gown and all our dresses that day!!! Huge relief!!!

This place is fantastic! The customer service can't be beat. The prices are fair and every time I have gone in to the wedding mall I am always treated as if they actually care about me and my wedding!

We think The Wedding Mall is GREAT! We used them for video & photography, bridemaids dresses, mother of the bride dress, veil & hair comb and the tuxedos from a vendor inside the Wedding Mall (The Tuxedo Lady). We received excellent service from beginning to end. The photographers worked well with us and our wedding party and they were very creative. We are still receiving this great service and the wedding has come and gone. Our photos were beautiful and our video is the greatest. We can't stop watching it. Our only regret is that we didn't pay for our videographer (who was awesome... he has the best personality) to stay an extra hour b/c our reception turned out great and we didn't get it all on video. His time was up right when the dancing started, but everything still turned out wonderful. We've been telling everyone about the service we have received from them. And to top it all off, they have the best prices in town and it is top quality. They prove that you don't have to break the bank to get a good product and good service. If we were to do it again, we would do EVERYTHING through them.

I am getting married March 14th and I am using The Wedding Mall for my photography. We just did our engagement pictures with Ellen and they are AMAZING! I absolutely love her work. She is also very sweet and was very accommodating! She had great ideas. Not only is she wonderful, the entire staff is very professional and easy to work with. So far so good! I can't wait to see how our wedding pictures will turn out! I highly recommend!

I used the wedding mall for my photography for my wedding and for my bridal portrait. My photographer, Ellen was very proffessional and did an excellent job. She was very easy-going and made everyone feel comfortable while taking pictures. I got all of my photos back only two weeks after the wedding, which was unexpected, as I have never heard of anyone getting their pictures back so soon. They were all beautiful and she got many posed and proffesional-looking shots as well as a ton of candid shots at the reception. I could not have asked for better pictures on our wedding day. Vito and Jason at the wedding mall were both very helpful throughout the process and made it easy on us when picking out a photography package and also when picking up my bridal portrait. The price that we paid for our pictures was also about half the price of many other photographers we had looked into! Overall, great service and quality of the pictures, and I would definitely recommend them!

Thanks for the wonderful job you did. I really enjoyed all of the help I received with my bridesmaid dresses ordering and getting them on time without any problems or issues. The service I received was very professional, and friendly. The owner Vito was great and helped me with everything I needed with my photography needs. My pictures were awesome and my photographer Carol was very very good and worked so hard to make sure that she had just the right shots and angles. Her personality and professionalism made my wedding day go so much smoother without the worries of wondering and without me making sure she had all the photos of wedding party and ceremony. I would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing place, amazing staff. My maid of honor and I walked in "just browsing" and I left there with practically everything I needed for my wedding. We were very warmly greeted by the staff and the owner, Vito, came up and made us feel more comfortable with the place. He offered to help me with finding a reception site and other services but told me to take my time and go ahead and go through the dresses first. While looking through the dresses I couldn't help but notice how friendly and knowledgeable the staff there are. I showed them a few pictures of dresses I liked and when they didn't have that exact one they told me they could order the dress for me, gave me the price (which was incredibly low for a non stocked order dress!), AND found me several options that were very similar to the one I liked. It was almost like I was the only customer there that day. After we finished with the dresses, we sat down with Vito and he had all sorts of information waiting for us. To say that this man knows his way around the wedding industry is an understatement. He got in in contact with our reception facility and even helped negotiate a better price. His photography/videography/entertainment are the lowest rates I've found in this area and some of the best workmanship to boot. My suggestion is for any bride on a budget and looking for a low stress way to plan your wedding... go to the wedding mall.

My husband and I chose The Wedding Mall for video/photo/entertainment for our wedding. We were not disappointed! Our photographer (Jennifer) was wonderful. She took beautiful pictures, was very accomodating to our needs and was friendly & professional. I dont feel like we spent our whole day posing for pictures, yet we have a play by play of everything that happened in our photos. Jason was amazing! He was in charge of the entertainment. He helped us with everything, from song selection to order of events/sequencing and really made the reception fun for everyone. All of our family & friends commented the level of energy from the DJ and what a great time they had at the wedding -- and we have Jason to thank for that. He was incredibly enthusiastic. He knows us by name when we call for questions and personally took care of our photo album -- which I am sure will be beautiful. The videographer was quiet, but the final product was great! The video is very professional and we couldnt have asked for anything more! The owner, Vito is a really nice guy -- he gives great advice and knows his way around a wedding. His prices are reasonalbe and has a wonderful staff. He sat down with me & my husband to make sure we thought the pictures and video were up to our standards before we left the building. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldnt have to think twice about using the wedding mall again. We love you Jason!

When planning my wedding, I had found the perfect dress in a bridal magazine for my beach wedding, but other bridal houses that I had gone to did not have the dress in stock and did not offer to order the dress for me. I friend told me about the Wedding Mall, and from the moment my mom and I walked into the store, I felt that I had come to the right place. We were greeted by Vido, the owner, and we showed him the picture of the dress. Vido did not have the dress in stock, but said that he could order it and that I did not have to pay anything down and didn't have to take it after it came in if I did not like the fit. The dress was ordered while we were there and arrived three weeks later. The dress was perfect for my beach wedding. Thank you, Vido! We also used White Glove Photography that is in with the Wedding Mall. We were shown pictures that the different photographers had taken so that we could choose the perfect photographer for the style of pictures that we wanted taken for our beach wedding. The photographer met us at the beach and stayed with us for six hours shooting pictures. The pictures were absolutely beautiful. In fact, my sister was so impressed with my wedding pictures that she commissioned Ellen to do her bridal portraits. Thank you, Ellen! I highly recommend the Wedding Mall. Everyone was very professional and they can take care of your whole wedding.

I went to the Wedding Mall originally to look for a dress. I was accompanied by my sister and her 4 yr old son. We were told that he was not allowed in the dressing area, so the salesperson popped in a Disney movie for him to watch while we browsed the dresses. We had no luck finding a dress, but had luck finding a photographer. Vito talked with us about all the different packages and who was available for our date. Eventually we choose to work with Shauna. I can't say enough great things about her. She drove 4 hrs to our wedding site and did a phenomenal job. Everyone loved our pictures. A friend of mine even wanted to use her for her wedding! Thanks Shauna for doing a great job!

I recently got married and used the Wedding Mall for both my photography and the entertainment. They did an amazing job. The owner of the Wedding Mall was the MC himself at my wedding and was so much fun. All my guests talked about how much they enjoyed my DJ. He kept the crowd dancing and happy. Just what I wanted, an awesome but still classy party. The photographer was great. Ellen took some fantastic photos and she got them back to us in less than a week! Ellen also did our engagement photos and she got those to us in a few days. I decided 3 days before the wedding to have one of the photos enlarged for a sign in board and they had that done in 2 days and it was ready for the wedding. The wedding Mall is great and such reasonable prices too!

The wedding mall handled everything for my wedding in May, and they did an excellent job. My husband and I lived in raleigh at the time, and had to plan a wedding in Charlotte while not living there!!! It wasn't easy, but the Wedding Mall made it so much better than it would have been otherwise. We had a couple of last minute crises that they got us out of, and our wedding ceremony and reception turned out beautiful. The reception was especially good because their DJs were awesome. They really got people up and dancing and having a good time.

I called Vito at the very last minute 3 weeks before my wedding reception. I was in need of a videographer and a photographer because I was stood up by the one I had. He was FABULOUS! He immediately got me hooked up with his best videographer and photographer and worked me a fair price to boot. I could not have been happier with the level of service they provided. When the actual day arrived, the photographer and the videographer were absolutely top notch. They let me be in charge of the entire event which is often not the case. They shot over 700 photos and took hours of video per my request. All of my guests couldn't stop talking about how friendly the photographer was and how she made the photos a fun experience vs. an uncomfortable one. The videographer stayed until the end to capture every last minute of our special day. In the end, I felt like we got the true "white glove" treatment. My photo proofs were produced promptly and the vide followed within a few months after careful editing. I laughed and cried at the memories of that day when I saw everything in print and on my video. I would absolutely recommend Vito and his staff at the Wedding Mall. They were top notch!

My daughter was married at the Millshouse in Charleston, SC so I was so nervous having a desination wedding. Everything that was promised was delivered on time and any promblems that happened were taken care of. The DJ was so wonderful that wedding guests from other weddings were showing up at my daughters wedding. The photographs were so touching and nothing was left out, including my wandering family members that had to be rounded up, which was done with smiles. We had a wedding that allowed everyone to enjoy every moment. I could never thank Vito and his crew enough for all the moments we sit and enjoy again and again while viewing the video and photos. They even went above and beyond making sure the timing was right and including laughs for both sides the our family. Don't think twice about using The Wedding Mall.

I came in with a few girlfriends/my bridesmaids to look for bridesmaid dresses. I can honestly say I had a great experience. The girls working at the shop were very helpful and friendly. I'm kind of picky about the certain style I want, but they were very helpful in spite of that. They were able to help me make my final decision and do all the measurements for the girls. I have a few out of town girls in the party and the associate helping us explained the process of being able to still order through them even though they weren't here. The owner was also very helpful in explaining all the pricing and what they offered as far as their photography and videography. I have a friend getting married and am definitely going to recommend this shop to her.

I was the maid of honor in my sister's wedding. We went to The Wedding Mall for the dresses and for her dress. We also did the photography and entertainment through them. I came in and got measured for my dress, and when it came in it fit almost perfectly, so the alterations were very minimal. Same with my sister's Bridal gown. The only thing that she had to get done was getting the bussel on it. The photographer was great, and so was the entertainment. We had so much fun at the reception. I also felt like the photographer captured the right moments perfectly. I am very happy with my sister's wedding. We had a lot of fun and so did she. She really enjoyed her special day. I would definitely recommend The Wedding Mall to anyone who asks. Thanks for making my sister's day great!!!!!

I am the maid of honor in my friends wedding on 6-26-08. I would like to start and say my daughter who is four and also is the flower girl and my son who is two is the ring barrior. my husband is also in the military not at this location too. so we cleared that up i had to go to the wedding mall for them to tell me i could not go inside because of the no children rule even though they both had to be measured. So sitting here in this poorly staffed company i tried to figure out how do i measure for two outfits i have not even seen.. better yet why sell flower girl dresses if you can not bring children under the age of 12.. So this is my warning do not go to a place who turns away custmors because they have children. Have they ever thought of how rude and wrong that statment was. Needless to say i had to come back during my work hours because my kids were not allowed. They are better places to shop and better personalities out there then this craptastic place. 2 thumps down from a proud mother and military wife.
