Amazing Salon!

I just moved here from New York and was extremely hesitant about the salons here in Charlotte. I was referred to Volume Salon by a co-worker and I have to say that I LOVED the whole experience!! The atmosphere is awesome as well as the staff, I was even offered champagne! Maria was my stylist, she listened very well to what I wanted, and I have never had such an amazing cut and color. I was going for the trendy bob and that is what I left with. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

Looking fabulous every time

I have been a loyal customer of Volume Salon since I found them a couple years ago. Dina, the only person that I trust with my hair in Charlotte, brought my hair from black to a beautiful natural looking blond in just a couple of appointments, and never let me out of the salon looking less than fabulous. Relaxing and friendly atmosphere, but yet very professional customer service. Great location. Good prices.

Great Looks, friendly people...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I can't say enough positive things about Volume Salon. I have been there twice, as has my husband, and we both are ""blown away"" with our hair. Maria (who I think is one of the owners) gave me the trendiest haircut I've ever had. I work for a bank and usually wouldn't agree to change up my conservative look, but she assured me I would be able to style for work and style for play. Two glasses of wine later and WOW was she right. She knows what hair can do, what's flattering, and combines that with what you tell her to create great results. My husband went to Dena who understood immediately he was unwilling to change it up. I even went as far as to try to get her to convince him to update his look. She ""tried"", but understanding his needs...gave him exactly the cut he wanted. It took us years to find a place in Boston we both liked, but having just recently moved to Charlotte...I feel we've found our place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!\r

Chic salon

I've been to Volume a few times and I am very satisfied with my experience. I had my hair highlighted and a spray tan. I have a japanese straightener in my hair so it is very dry but the color really helped it feel softer. The spray tan lasted almost two weeks. Everyone is always so nice and the customer service is always great. I feel like you get a lot for the money you spend. It's a good deal. They always give me samples and conditioning mask after my color.

Best Salon!

I am so happy with my experience at Volume Salon and so relieved that I finally found a place. I got a full highlight,cut, and brow wax with Dena. She was so sweet and treated me like a queen. She did exactly what I asked her to do and more. The atmosphere was wonderful, everyone was so friendly. They offered me a glass of wine and they had an assortment of chocolates. Very nice touch. The location is 2 blocks from my condo. So convenient, very well priced and the quality and customer service was impecable. I highly recommend this salon. I love the thickening spray that Dena recommended it is amazing! If you live or work downtown it is definitely worth checking out. Can't wait to go back!

BEST SPRAY TAN!!!

I have been getting airbrush tanning for 2 years, I am absolutely addicted and obssesed. I currently moved to Charlotte from LA. I have been to the best tanning salons in LA and was very worried about what I was going to find here. I have been to 4 other tanning salons and was very dissatisfied. I went to Volume Salon, and couldn't believe the results. I have never gotten a better spray tan! It was even bettter than LA! Maria made me feel so comfortable. She consulted with me about my skin and what to expect. She explained the process in detail. No one has ever done that before! The customer service was excellent! And the best part is that it was only $35. I will be going every two weeks, it is so worth it. It makes me look and feel younger and thinner! They also gave me a bag of goodies as a thank you for my first visit. Very impressed!

Great customer service!

I recently went to Volume Salon to get a highlight and a cut. It was my first time and I was more than impressed! The owner, Maria, did my hair. For the first time it was exactly what I wanted. I have had a hard time finding someone that could not only do awesome color, but I wanted the ""Victoria Beckham"" haircut and it looks identical to the picture that I brought in. I loved the fact that I could sit in her chair, have a glass of wine and great conversation. Anyway, I will definately go back and highly recommend this salon to anyone!
