My phone would not save alarm on option #1 (would however do it on 2 & 3). Customer Service tech told me my software was "out of date" and said I should just use the 2 Options that were working and be on my way. I tried to tell her they told me tht same thing a month ago and their solution only lasted a month. How would you like it if you are counting on an alarm waking you and find it just indiscrimately stops working....WOW you are then late for your appointments.
What if I need 3 alarms (and sometimes I do). Her response was the lamest I have heard in quite some time!!.
They are now updating it AGAIN because I would not just walk away.
