Was greeted with a big smile from receptionist and was seen right away. My daughter first visit she was very nervous but that soon faded because the staff made her feel very comfortable. Very private large room with television. Equipment was top-notch. I was very impress. Thank u!
that they didn't honor their $50 new patient coupon for me even though my first visit cost $218. My friend may ask why I didn't plan to use the $50 coupon towards the $1560 estimate they gave to fill 8 cavities.. and that’s because Dr. Vann offered to do it all in one session. Really? I thought that sounded like a lot of dental work in one visit. I left feeling skeptical and called a couple other dentists - they said they would not recommend filling 8 cavities in different parts of the mouth at one appt. (could bite your tongue, swallow tongue). So what would I tell my best friend? I'd tell her not to book her first Vann Dental appointment and just expect the coupon to be honored (better ask some questions!) and I'd also tell her - in my humble opinion – to get a second opinion and shop price. I saved $260 by shopping around and I feel safer for it. Fran - thanks for giving me permission to post! I am sleeping better already.
