  I called to try and get some information…

  I called to try and get some information and was put on hold for a long time. Then, whoever answered the phone kept cutting me off. She was very rude. I never did get the information I was seeking and I can't help but wonder how many clients this firm is losing because of this individual.

  I got hurt at work and was completely…

  I got hurt at work and was completely overwhelmed with the workers' compensation process. I called several attorney's offices in Charlotte to discuss my rights and this was the only firm where I was immediately put on the phone with an attorney as opposed to an "investigator" or a "case manager." As such, I decided to go with Tippens & Zurosky for representation and I ended up being extremely pleased that I did. They handled everything with the insurance company so I didn't have to and I was able focus on getting better. My attorney and my paralegal were always there to answer any questions that I had. Getting hurt at work was an awful ordeal but I was really glad that I had someone that fought for me and got me what I deserved.

  Whoever I spoke with on the phone was…

  Whoever I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude! I called to see if they took a certain type of case and before I could respond the woman said "I'm sorry we don't good luck" and then she hung up!! I've been calling attorneys for 2 weeks and this is the first office to ever treat me like that!! I would NOT recommend them!
