Very professional,curtious it's is a family owned business and they will treat you like family when I scheduled a appointment I go early so I can sit down and talk with Bill he is the Dad and others come in and talk with Bill and Kenny his son also his 2 other sons one does piercings and the other son does the tattoo removal if you want any of these services I promise you will not be disappointed

Excellent experience! Frank helped calm my fears of tattoo removal right when I walked in his office. He answered all my questions, was caring, sweet and very professional. The office was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Frank if you want or need a tattoo removed!

Did a price comparison first with other providers around Charlotte and this place was the best. First class service and very pleased with results so far. Trent has tattooed me three times. Excellent work. Bill (the owner) treated me like I was part of the family from the moment I met him. Would give ten stars if there was the option. Wonderful people, and stellar service. I can't sat enough.

I got tattooed by steve and he was extremely polite, professional and helpfull. He opened his needles in front of me and showed me they were new and sterile.He didnt have a problem answering my questions or working around my budget and my tattoo is AMAZING....It makes my other one look like crap!He used a million colors even tho i didnt have too much money to spend, and he treated me like a friend and not just a customer, go to tattoo bills and get a tattoo by steve. Hes the best.

Madison is the best tattoo artist out there, she is very gentle and her work is amazing. I would recommend and and Tattoo Bills to anyone.

I have received a total of three treatments and my tattoo I have regretted for years is almost history. I researched tattoo removal for months and finally decided to do it. Their office is nice and very clean and results are better than I expected. Glad I chose this place. Price of removal was best around and I even got an additional discount for being a teacher. A++

That's the only word needed to describe the staff, the shop and the overall experience. My wife and I got work done by Madison last Friday and we will definitely be heading back soon. The staff is great, Madison is a true artist along with everyone else. Clean, family friendly atmosphere.

This is the one tattoo place you can go and get A+ work done without the typical attitudes usually associated with tattoo shops. Store has always been clean and neat every time I have been there. I have been thinking about getting a tattoo for a while now and walked into Tattoo Bill's one afternoon in the hopes that I could get a tattoo that day. Not only did I get a tattoo, but it was such a great experience! After looking at a couple of the pictures I had with me, the owner of the shop (Mr. Bill) suggested that I have Lizzy do my tattoo. Lizzy was AMAZING! She was so attentive, and really listened while I tried to explain the vague, foggy notion I had of what I wanted. She was genuinely excited to see the pictures I had brought along and took her time consulting with me about how to do the tattoo and where to place it. After hearing her advice and deciding on a theme, she went to work drawing up a tattoo for me, and it was perfect!

The shop was very clean, and run so efficiently. Every employee at Tattoo Bill's was friendly, happy to be there, and passionate about the work they do.

My eleven year old daughter was with me and we were both treated with such respect and kindness from the entire staff at Tattoo Bill's from the time we walked in the door, until the time we walked out.

My tattoo is beautiful! I love it, and was absolutely thrilled with the entire experience! Lizzy did an amazing job! I was completely comfortable with her and was very happy to be so at ease with her from the moment she shook my hand. I look forward to having her work on more body art for me in the future and highly recommend this establishment for anyone who wants to get a tattoo.

Shopped around and decided on getting a tattoo removed at Tattoobills. I could not believe how affordable the treatments have become. I definatly recommend this place. The office is really clean and results are amazing.
