Starr s project list includes health care, industrial, commercial, military, Ericsson Stadium and controls. The company was formed in 1928. In 1996, the company acquired Ind-Com Electric Company. The two companies have the financial and bonding capabilities to undertake both small and large projects. The company has structured its offices to maintain a full complement of design professionals, senior project managers and estimators, all experienced field personnel and knowledgeable, informed administrative staff. Starr has offices in Greensboro, Charlotte, Fayetteville and Raleigh, N.C.
