I have used Silver Fox on a few occasions and been pleased. Prior to using them, I used another local service. I have never had a BAD experience, but in my most-recent trip with Silver Fox, I was blown away. My wife and I went to a concert and needed a ride to-and-from the location. We were picked up in an upgraded vehicle, driven to the site, and the driver (free of charge) waited for us. Due to rain, the event started late. He waited and stayed for the duration. The car was great, the driver was fantastic, and the night (though wet), went very well. I would highly recommend. (Pricing is good to fair for the area, but service means a lot.)

No Integrity....I spoke with a reservations representative at SilverFox Limos at 11:30 am on 418/13. I was told the H2 Hummer limo was available for my desired date of 5/18/13 and provided a quoted rate of $729 for 4 hours. The representative asked if I'd like to go ahead and book the reservation right then. I told the representative that I'd discuss it with my wife and I would get right back with her. I called back that same day at 1:30 pm (2 hrs later) and asked for the representative that I spoke with earlier. Since she was still at lunch, another girl on the phone asked if she could help. I told her that I would like to book the reservation I spoke of 2 hours earlier. She asked what amount I was quoted and I told her $729 for 4 hours. She then said that the representative I received my quote from made a mistake since that is during prom season. I was then told that instead of the $729 I was quoted earlier is now $1,800 !! I asked for the manager over reservations to call me as I felt it was only appropriate on my part to give management the opportunity to make this situation right before posting any reviews online. I was told that James Weymann would call me as soon as he returned from lunch. 48 hours has now passed and I have not received any follow up call from SilverFox. I feel strongly that SilverFox should have stood by the firm quote I was given just 2 hours earlier. This type of business behavior is indicative of a business that does not stand by their word, does not have high integrity business practices and one that puts price gouging a group of high school kids over following through on their stated quote. Rest assured, SilverFox had their chance to show me how they do business and they failed miserably before any car even pulled up to my door. There are too many other limo services in Charlotte to do business with one that does not stand behind its own words.

If you are going to use any transportation service for your social and/ or business needs- It must be Silverfox! Their service is prompt, courteous, and professional at all times. I could not ask for a better company to handle our business' travel needs. They make it possible for me, Executive Assistant, to juggle many different travel schedules effortlessly!

Silver fox has by far the biggest H2 if you need a big car call siver fox

I just wanted to tell you what a great time we had last night in the H2 limo, not to mention how great a driver, TC, was! The teenage kids (16, 15 and 12) were blown away and loved every minute of their ride!



Since my family is visiting from Scotland, our plan was to ride around Charlotte and take photos at different places; however, given the rainy weather that plan didn't really work out too well ! TC came up with several different options to stop and take photosat, along with several just to drive by and look at. He really was an awesome driver and extremely accommodating, he even let me ride up front with him!!



I would recommend this service to anyone!
