DO NOT GO HERE!!! Would not recommend this shop to anyone. They had my car for almost a month maybe a little more they kept pushing back my date of when I was to get my car finally get the car and literally didn’t even try to fix or replace a broken piece (mind you insurance is covering it) as well as my front bumper wasn’t replaced just screwed in a part that was hanging and tried to tell me it’s just a cover also the paint job was HORRIBLE I noticed right away my rear bumper was chipped already and doesn’t line up and the quarter panel paint is messed up you can see the running paint and they let it dry like that not what I expected at all my car wasn’t even clean when I got it back dust all over the car now they don’t want to do anything to fix their mistakes what kind of shop?!?? DO NOT GO HERE!! While I was there another lady was there complaining as well saying parts on her car weren’t fixed as well complete embarrassment of a shop. They agreed to “fix” the paint I go to drop the car off for 3 days when I go to pick it up the paint is chipping once again and the bumper isn’t even close to lining up at all yo can literally pull the bumper apart. The “owner” if you can even call him that started yelling at me tell me take your f**king car I don’t wanna deal with you anymore all cause I simply said you guys gotta repaint the bumper man it’s cracking even showed him yelled at me for a solid 5 min oh let’s not forget about the bounced check they wrote me DO NOT COME HERE YOUR CAR WILL NOT BE FIX YOU WILL BE YELLED AT BY A “BUSINESS OWNER” AND BE GIVEN BOUNCED CHECKS BY FAR WORST SHOP IN CHARLOTTE

I had my car serviced there last week. I was met with friendly faces who helped me with everything from insurance to rental cars, they walked me through the whole process step by step. They even gave me a ride home. Such great service!! They were very professional and had my car back Very fast and looking better than ever. I strongly recommend this shop. Maria at the front desk was so helpful and made the experience so much smoother.

I had an amazing experience. Yvonne was so helpful and walked me through every step of the process. I do not know what I would have done without her 24/7 assistance. Would definitely recommend to a friend and use them again. I was a little worried because of the other reviews but it was a smooth painless experience for me and my car looks back to new.

Read everything you sign very carefully when you drop your car off here. There is a clause in the contract that says if you decide not to get work done there after getting an estimate you owe "storage and administeration fees". My husband took our truck there after being in an accident (someone from this business called us after the accident claiming to be working with our insurance company - that turned out to be a lie). After discovering they had lied to get us there we decided to take the truck somewhere else, and had to pay $450 in CASH to get our truck back from them. This was after doing NO WORK. They tricked us into bringing our truck there and then collected $450, good for them I guess :(
