Terrible service. The owner doesn???t know a thing about customer service. She is so unfriendly and generally gives me a sense she thinks she is doing me a favor by waiting on me. Today was the worst. I stood in line to purchase one item and when it was my turn to checkout I mentioned that I would like to speak to her on a topic concerning my dogs. She responded by pointing to an area on the other side of the cash register and said for me to wait there while she rang up the next person in line. Not a problem, I???ve worked in retail and know all about keeping those lines moving. However, what I did not appreciate was the remark made as I walked to the area. The owner???s comment implied that I was inconsiderate for not offering to move out of the way so the other customer could put all her stuff down. How is it my fault this customer decided against using a shopping cart? As it turns out the other customer had not finished shopping and wanted the owner???s opinion about some issue she was having with her dog. The owner proceeded to show this customer products and assisted her as she continued to shop. Realizing they clearly didn???t want my business I set the grossly overpriced item down on a shelf and left. In the past year, I have spent hundreds of dollars in this store. After the way I was treated today, no more. There are websites and other specialty pet stores in South Charlotte that would love to have my business.
