Nova Merchant Services

I just signed a contract with this company and the salesperson lied to me and misrepresented the entire deal. Biggest fraud in 21 years of business. Promised things he couldn't actually give me. Sold me things he knew I didn't need and said they would be free. Nick Luckett is the real name he works in Louisville Kentucky area. Beware!

Our experience with this company has been inexcusably awful. We were promised in writing a 50% cut in fees. From the first bill it was obvious that this was not the case. After many attempts to contact, we finally got through to someone. After explaining the situation we were promised that our fees would be fixed to match what was stated in our contract. After receiving the next bill it was apparent that this was a stalling tactic. They do not call back and avoid any conversation at all costs. They are crooks plain and simple, and it is abhorrent to me as someone that runs our business professionally and honestly that they are allowed to take advantage of people with no recourse. Whether you are a small family owned business or an up and coming growing business take it from someone who learned the hard way - don't talk to them, don't trust them, and most of all don't put your financials in the hands of a company that clearly has no respect for their customers.

Finally a company that actually does what they say they are going to do!! Those crooked companies better watch out! NOVA has merchants backs!!

The company helped me get out of a previous lease and a contract. The did it very quickly and handled everything for me ---- THANK YOU NOVA!!

Please do not go with this company Nova. The sale rep came to my salon and told me I was going to save money. I will be saving $42.60 a month. Instead it was the credit machine I was leasing when my old company gave it for me for free. They are so much bad stuff to say about them. And they would liar and liar,. PayProtech finally let me get out of the contract. Now I am still fighting with Nova. They train there customer to lie. I don't know how they could take it. When every phone is bad customer that got lie too.

Nova Merchant Services just donated to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and a great supporter.

I'm a relatively new business and got a call from Nova Merchant Services offering low rates. I was skeptical but the sales rep was very nice and came out to my home. Setup with Nova Merchant Services took a little longer than I expected but I'm new to this. Because of the delay in setup I called their office and always got the same Dave Schneider to help me. They always transferred me to him which was great because not only was he helpful and refund me what was charged before I was up and running. But he also knew my story already. Nova Merchant Services is a great company. I'm sure they have faults like any company, but they genuinely helped me and turned what could have been a negative situation into a positive one. I give Nova Merchant Services 4 stars because of the delay in setup. Otherwise they would have 5.

Lance Black has cost my company in excess of $500.00 and dozens of payroll hours trying to cancel the credit card service he sold. My company was guaranteed the credit card processor would interface with our company software (PMAttendant.com) but it would not. Each time we tried to cancel it has been put off while they try to make it work to no vail. Each time we are promised a refund for the monthly charges but to date nothing has been credited or repaired. AVOID LANCE BLACK AND NOVA MERCHANT SERVICES AND PAYPROTEC LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I meet with Lance Black who helped me save $1,100 a year on my cost to process credit cards.



Dave Schneider has been incredibly helpful in helping me understand my bill and with helping me re-order paper.
