I've purchased liver pudding from Piggly Wiggly in Columbia SC on North Main St. IGA in Blythewood SC and Foodlion in Gastonia NC very good but the rice in it isn't done enough broke a tooth trying to chew it, I like eating it cold right from the pack, just wanted to know why the rice is uncooked, it wasn't that way in the good old days, like the 60s, 70s, 80s, or even the 90s
