Midas Auto Service Experts

I went to Midas for a brake job because of the name and the price was less then the competition. They did the work everything was fine except less then 20,000 miles and one year later I need another brake job. This time I need rotors and they cannot explain why I went 60,000 mile on the last brakes and I’m at 20k after their brake job. I ask if something else was wrong that would cause the brakes to wear and they said no. What it boils down to is Midas uses inferior parts with a warranty that doesn’t cover labor. I asked why they knowingly use inferior part and all management would say that all they do is install parts.



Don't use Midas or if you do expect to see them every year.
