Manager called me a liar, then owner promised to "have a conversation."
That's the level of interaction and professionalism you can expect at this location. I strongly encouraged the owner to go and listen to the security tape to see what actually transpired on this visit - since guess what, she tells a different story.
I'll call back and update in a week to see if any such effort was even made, or if the 'conversation' alone was enough response when a M-A-N-A-G-E-R openly calls a customer a liar in front of her crew and other waiting customers over a $1.50 food item. All this over trying to get cold french fries replaced (while making yet another order) - and with, I should add, the fries and bag in my hand! Disgracefully disrespectful and remarkably petty.
This place has lost a very steady customer for life - and one of the VERY few who ever gave it a positive review anywhere.
