Horrible Service

Your review Horrible service ‎ - ‎ - Today Since I work so close to this location, on my 15 minute break I went to this location for a cup of coffee. Since the drive thru is backed up as always, I decide to go in to save time. When we came in side there were a couple of people up front, being the optimist that I am I think well I will wait, I can get the coffees and drinks for others at work. Well needless to say these front end employees were more focused on avoiding the customer then helping us. I spent my whole break waiting to get to the counter when I finally do, my break is over out of time unable to get what I went there for. I ended up being 2 minutes late back to work and the company that I work for this is a big deal. When I am telling people at work about this horrible service, they all said the same thing avoid that location the service is always horrible, after the 5th person I told my story stated the same thing as the others about the horrible service, it became clear this location has a reputation for bad service, so I won't be going back there, sad really it is so close to work. For any of you out of town guest that want a quick meal in the words of my fellow employees avoid this particular location.
