Horrible experience!!!

Dont go near there!!..A customer of the salon took me there to make an appoitnment and the owner came to us and it didnt even say hello , stopped us at the door and told us that they were book, and can;t even have a minute to talk to us..! I asked him if he didn't want a new customer, and he responded..Yes but i cant talk to you today..Lack of customer service and cortesy, arrogant and unproffesional treament, First impresion counts..If you are looking for a great salon in Charlotte Go to Ivelisse hair salon,, right after I left that place I went over there and they greeted me at the door, with a smile in the face and made an appointment for the same day, they used proffesional products, and took care of my hair , now is growing beautiful..!!
