Last Place On Earth

This store is not a good place to buy your dog's, Bought a small puppy, Since I bought the Puppy I was not told she had partella on both leg's. the lady gave me 7 day's to take her to the vet. I did I whe back to her and she did nothing. It been to year' s did the sergry cost me $1345.00 plus all medical bill. I call her and all she said to give her up for a adoption, Is she crazy or out of her mind. Doctor said there is no way she could live with pain and both legs poping out I have in tramadol and in rimidly all day. She will have to go down. Sad that store suck and abuse of animal selling sick puppy. shd be close down. Will take her the ashes so all the time she look at it she will see Mia that the name they put her, Mia will return to her in ashes soon. And the lady from the store stop taking people sucker so they could buy a puppy. They are all sick dog's next time who ever buy a puppy bring a vet doctor. she is not a doctor and she don't take any of those puppy to the vet. all she dose is sell. Puppy cost me $800.00 to buy and medical bill to pay and now down she goes. See you sonn Lady with the ashes of Mia.

Going to this pet store was the biggest mistake that I and my husband have ever made!! We purchased a Maltese puppy from this pet store that has Giardia we have been to the vet three times and have spent over 400.00 in vet bills and we have only had the puppy three weeks. In three weeks he's had everything from a firm stomach to vomiting and even horrible diarrhea with mucus and blood coming out behind it and also a bacterial infection that caused him to strain and bleed more. On top of all of this I called about three days ago to ask about our puppy’s registration, I was told that it takes 90 days to come back because the breeder sends off that information once the purchase is made. So not only was I sold a sick puppy I was sold one that wasn't registered when I purchased it. As I was being told all of this information I then asked who was the puppy registered through and was told by the manager that she didn't know it depends on the breed of the puppy so then I asked if I told her the breed could she tell me then and she said that she didn't have the information in front of her, it depends on who the breeder was and that information wasn't available either so I am guessing that he is not registered. During the times that I've call I have been told to bring the vet bills to them. One person said bring the bills then they will contact the vet and then the manager would decide what she wanted to pay. I called today to ask them did they have a pet return policy on sick animals and was accused of not wanting him because he didn't fit my life style and this lady doesn't even know me! She then told me that he had a clean bill of health when he left now if you don't know this Giardia takes seven to ten days to get in a animals system and show up in feces. We took him to the vet the day after purchase and the sample came back on the third day. I was also told by her that she has sold puppies with this parasite before and it is very common which it is not. The problem with this all is I would have never spent 900.00 on this puppy if I had known he was sick the manager told me that since I signed a paper saying that he appeared to be healthy then there is no refund I would have had to find all of this out and return him in 48 hours of purchase and that if I can’t afford to keep taking him to the vet that I have to sell him on my own. She then told me that buying a sick dog is the same thing as having one for three years and finding out that he is sick which is not true. The sad part is I am to the point that I don't even want to EVER EVER go near this pet shop again worst experience in my LIFE!!!!!!!!

I bought a Yorkshire Terrier from Last Place On Earth over 15 yrs ago. He just passed away. I am thrilled to know they are still in business! I never had any problems with my pet- he lived to be 15 1/2 yrs old. People stopped me all the time to ask about him because he was so cute and smart. I would most definitely purchase again from this business! Thank you for the best pet ever Last Place On Earth!!

I PURCHASED MY LITTLE SILKY @ LPOE - HE IS ALMOST 2 NOW - NO PROBLEMS AT ALL - I WOULD CERTAINLY PURCHASE MY NEXT PUPPY FROM LAST PLACE ON EARTH & RECOMMEND THIS PET STORE TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

i was recently looking for a puppy and was told about this pet store, so i went online to see exactly where their puppies come from? to my surprise i found out they do indeed use puppie mills and i do not recommend anyone buying any pets there! if they care so little about where the puppies come from then how could they possibly care about the other pets there? also i talked to a person who had bought a puppy there and in fact the puppy had extreme diarea and kennel cough that it had when they purchased the puppy for almost 600.00 they of course payed for the meds but not the vet bill. so if you want to buy a pet don't go there avoid like the plague!!!!!!!!! concerned customer. also the manager is very rude especially if you don't spend any money!

I was actually surprised to find a great selection for my new puppy. The store was well organized and the employees were very helpful.
