STAY AWAY!!!!! They will tell you one thing on the phone to get you in and then hit you with crazy down payments even crazier pricing. The finance director acts as if he is your best friend on the phone and even tells you to ask for him when you arrive so he "can make sure you have a pleasant experience." Once you arrive, salesmen will tell you he is busy and they will "help" you. lol. The salesmen are nothing but a mouth piece for the Fin. Dir. They go back and forth relaying messages and if you try to cut the "middle man" out by asking to speak with him directly, you are ignored. Trying to see or speak to him in person is like walking up the the White House and asking to speak to the President. Stay away!!! They will try to charge you $150-$200 over what you tell them you can comfortably afford in payments. Also beware of their trade- in value. Look at Kelly Blue Book first, they were almost $3000 below KBB value on what they wanted to give for the trade. Also, the vehicles are dirty, yes, including the new one's. Grass in the carpet, spider webs on the vehicles, wax still left on vehicle and plastic trim, food crumbs in the seats. On our way out we noticed an employee coming back from lunch and finishing her lunch in one of the "new" vehicles. Guess that explains the crumbs in most of the vehicles.
