My customer's package was scheduled for delivery today, Friday July 24.
Instead, It was not delivered, returned to Charlotte and noted as incorrect address and cannot locate. I feel you have a driver which needs to be terminated!
What is wrong with you people? If I ran a busines as you all do, it would certainly go under.
If the future, I'll not use or suggest others use FedEx! I Your service is worst than the US Post Office.
