Best in town, actually in the state, super friendly family business and they are really good at what they do. I would recommended to a friend and would be definitely do business with them again!!

The folks at Exclusive Detail and Tint provide a truly outstanding service at competitive prices. I own a 2012 Lexus IS, when they showed me the job they have done the first time I took my car to them, it was cleaner and shinier than when it was initially delivered to me. They have also removed the sizable scratch from my car's door. Brian was happy to give me his expert opinion with constructive explanation about what service was the best value for my vehicle, and didn't try to sell me on services he didn't think I needed. I've been a repeat customer since. Brian and his employees are very knowledgable, and detail oriented. He is happy to explain how to properly care for my vehicle to maintain its value. There are very few businesses that I know of that provide the level of service that I received at Exclusive Detail and Tint.

Good Customer Service still exists and you can find it at Exclusive Detail and Tint at 4913 Chastain Rd in Charlotte. My black 2003 BMW M3 had swirl marks and scratches from one of those automated car washes. Did I mention it is black !! Brian not only got them all out but got my finish looking grogeous again. He also spent 2 hours on my interior and I couldn't be happier. The owner, Brian, is a great guy and he knows his stuff. You won't be disappointed !!

I went to Exclusive Detail and Tint after realizing I had some paint spill on my back seat. I have a 2013 Altima with a cloth interior and had no idea of how to approach cleaning it. Brian came out and viewed the issue that I had and right away and knew what to do. The shop is very professional and clean as all would expect a detail shop. He went above and beyond by dropping what he was doing knowing that it was a time sensitive matter. Sure enough he knew exactly what to do and was able to get the paint out without leaving a trace. He was very reasonable with the price to help me with this matter, and I would be more than willing to refer anybody I know to Exclusive Detail and Tint for anything they need done. I have a white 2008 BMW M3 and I am very picky about who I let neat my car. I used to wash and wax it myself every weekend, but since I went to Exclusive Detail and met the guys there, I trust them with my car! They were even able to restore the damaged paint from a previous owner!



Not only are they affordable, but they are extremely fast when I need it. They make my car look like it is brand new again! I don't think it looked this good coming out of the factory.



I'd take any car here and I tell all my friends that this is the place to go.

Brian and his crew did a fantastic detailing on my '05 Infiniti G35 coupe (obsidian black exterior) and really brought the paint back to life!! Even though the car has been thru 8 years and 80k miles, it now looks brand new!! My G35 would qualify for Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance based on appearance alone now!! I will definitiely bring my G35 back to Brian in the fall for another detailing. Great work Brian!!
