great experience!!

Yes I would definitely recommend east charlotte nissan! My wife and I traded our 2006 Nissan Titan for the 2013 full loaded titan. Our salesman Justin Davenport was excellent! HORRIBLE !!!!!!!

Ok so I both the car from there . Got ripped off . Well I thought I will give them another chance . So I went installed 4 new tires . While doing that they broke a tire sensor and blamed it on me . I was given false information and i was cheaten completely . No enough car details will be provided. No estimation would be given. Great Experience

This was my first time buying a vehicle and I had a great experience. Ron and Vince were great and got the price just were i wanted it. They help me pick out a great vehicle and we didn't have to spend all day at the dealer. I would recommend the dealership hands down.

Worst customer experience and very rude and racist.

The people at this place were very rude. The manager (Josephine) was so arrogant and racist saying that in america cars wont come to any lesser price than ticketed price may be in your country they may come. Dedicated Honda owner, but check this out!

If I had read (and took to heart) the negative reviews before visiting East Charlotte Nissan then I would have missed out on the car and the price I was hoping for.
