I placed an online order with Donatos for delivery, and paid with my credit card. After an hour I called the store noted on my order confirmation... they told me, ""we haven't received a single online order all day...""
I asked if I could get my money back, and they told I would have to bring my bank statement to the store to prove I was actually charged since they didn't ever get my order.
Not once did the manager, Jamie Felitiano, apologize for the problem, or offer any solution. His prime interest was to get off of the phone with me...
