Do not send your dog to this place
Please do not send your dog to the salon if you do not want to have your dog mistreated.
I sent my dog to this place two or three times. The place looks neat and clean and the receptionist has a smile on her face. The first two times my dog had a mini groom and I thought I found a good place. But I saw her shivering when I left her to the groomer the last time. I thought she was just being sensitive and did not thought about that she actually did not have a good experience there. When I picked her up, I was surprised that all her hair were gone. I asked for a full groom, but it does not mean you can cut all her hair, right? The groomer did not even say sorry to me. She told me that the dog's hair was clogged so she cut it all off without even calling me in advance. And she did mention that the dog did not like the way she brushed her. When I got home, I saw some cuts on my dog as well.
They do make you pay before you get your dog. How smart it is.
I just want to share my experience with you since I felt that same way as other reviewers before this happened. A good salon should treat your dog well when you are not around.
