Dest Family Dentistry at University

This is a horrible place. The people handling the billing are a mess. They will charge you before billing the insurance. And will charge you more than what they said, alsk will add extra charges that you can't even explain to yourself. I didnt caught on to it until my third visit that I has paid about 600 in charges that had not even been donr and also, when asked about it the girl doing the claims to insurance company was quick to find excuses to make up her mistake. Dentist and their assistants are very friendly but their HR is a hot mess and will have you billed for more and extra stuff that you never saw. Is a mess and if I could I would rate this place a negative four star. Not to mention that they will try to charge you for the service on the same day without even filing a claim to the insurance people. How do I know? Because my insurer did not know about any charges until I called and they said they never received a claim, so that money had to come from my pockets and they will lie to cover their mistake by saying that insurance didn't cover for "certainprocedures".
