Creative Sewing & Vacuums

I had an issue with my sewing machine and I brought it in. They were very helpful and since it was a small issue they were able to fix it on the spot free of charge. Saved me from buying a new machine.

Kaye is a most enjoyable teacher. The fact that she is "hands on" is most helpful and you really get to learn quite a lot.

I went into the store today and the lady acted like I was bothering her by coming in. Then when I told her what I was looking for she asked me exactly what type of machine I had. I told her and she gave me the impression that my machine was just one of those cheap ones. Then she went back to see if they had the foot I was looking for and she was very rude again. I felt like I had done something to her or caught her on a bad day. She also made me feel very stupid. She needs to one adjust her tone towards the customer, second she doesn't need to treat people like she's smarter and they are stupid. I will never go in that store again. This was not my first time in the store but will definitely be the last. Not sure that 1 star should even be given the treatment was so bad.

Excellent service on sewing machines. Barry can fix anything. Very knowledgeable in repair of all machines!!! The girls are excellent at customer service, software and sales. Great shopping experience and I love my 830 machine!!!!!!

Great class!!! My first quilting class and I was concerned it would be beyond me. I learned a great deal and heard from experienced quilters. Appreciated all of Kayes tips too.
