The office is very prompt in getting you in if you are having an urgent issue such as pain/discomfort. I was a new patient and was seen the same day as I called. Dentist was very nice and kind. The bilingual receptionist was a plus because I was able to refer my family (who only speaks spanish). I finally like going to the dentist!
I am not a fan of the dentist and hate to be lectured about not flossing, drinking coffee etc. I was very happy when I came to this office and they were helpful and didn't lecture me! There are TV's in the rooms so while you are waiting in the chair you can channel surf and relax. When I had a filling done my insurance didn't want to pay for the type they used so the office adjusted my bill so I didn't have to pay for the whole amount and my insurance would cover what they normally would. I have had to make a few emergency appointments and they are always able to get me in right away, which I've never been able to do at previous Charlotte dentists. The doctor can be a little hard to understand but doesn't mind repeating himself. I'm very comfortable at the office and don't mind going to the dentist so much now.
The dental services were okay but I had issues with my bill (charged for the wrong things and insurrance would not cover) and no one seemed to care or want to help me get them resolved. The staff was extremely unresponsive, would not return phone calls, and the doctor directly told me he did not have time to deal with my billing issues and hung up on me. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with any type of doctor.
