Child Care Resources works with the families and communities to provide a variety of learning opportunities. It offers a variety of services, including family information, program and business consultation, financial aid, and research and policy development. The center delivers training and technical assistance to the early education and school-level child care professionals. It also conducts several training sessions, workshops, series and conferences on a variety of topics to promote personal and professional development. The center operates a mobile lending library that has a collection of family support information and parenting and child development materials, including books, audiovisual resources, tip sheets, activity and literacy kits, leaflets and flyers. In addition, it assesses emerging needs of the community's children and families and coordinates individuals, organizations and government agencies to create programs that address those needs.
