Cherry House II
I ordered delivery, they gave me a wrong item. I called to let them know they told me they would credit off half the next time I ordered. I told them to credit back the full amount of the item back to my credit card and they said they would. Next day I checked my online banking and they hadn't. I caled back and was told the manager would be back in later that day to credit back my credit card. I waited a few days before cheking my online banking to see if the credit went through and it hadn't. I called once again and spoke with the manager. TALK ABOUT RUDE!! She was the most hard headed person I have EVER spoke with. She said she never credits back credit card and the make mistakes. She said she could give me credit for that item the had ordered. I let her know that wasn't acceptable especially when I was told twice that my credit card would be credit back since it wasn't what I wanted. I told her I wasn't planning on doing service with them due to the way I was being treated and she said "That's you problem". I was shocked a manager would say that to a customer. She laughed at me the whole time while I told her my frustrations. She was VERY unprofessional and was the so called "manager". The call ended with her hanging up on me (Yeah, that's great customer service for you) Nothing was settled and she didn't seem to care about providing good customer service or fufilling what her employees had told me. Since then a BBB report has been filed, no response yet, but that's no surprise.
