My name is Jennifer and I'm an employee at the facility and I love the building renovations that are taking place. I also love the new Management team, this facility is a great facility to have your love ones come to and become apart of our family. We have a good group of employees here.

I recently had my mother placed in this facility and was quite pleased with her rehab and the care she received. By no means were they perfect, but anytime I had a concern, I spoke with the new Administrator and it was addressed and no longer an issue. My father had been here several years ago and we were satisfied with his care; but my family and I can definitely see a positive change at this facility.

What a nice place to recover! My aging father needed a place to receive therapy and nursing attention. My husband and I dropped in for a tour and were greeted warmly by the receptionist, the administrator and the admissions team. We have been very pleased with our choice and the gym is fabulous! My dad is motivated and inspired to return home. It takes special employees to deliver care 24/7 as they do.

I'm a new leader at Charlotte Health and Rehabilitation, it has been a little over a year, and I can honestly say that the leadership team in place cares about the community as a whole. We have positioned ourselves to improve the delivery of quality care to our residents as well as being receptive to our customers suggestions to enhance their experience while residing in our facility. Our goal is to be the premiere leader in rehabilitation and skilled services. Our leadership team is committed to making sure we have excellent outcomes for our residents and families. Please communicate your concerns to us so we can quickly resolve them. I care for every resident at our facility, but most importantly, I care about them and their families. presbyterian social worker recommended chcc. admitted my mom december 17th only got 3 days of bed pt,ot. monday decmber 22nd vomiting from sunday night dinner . visited her monday 22nd to celebrate 66th birthday she was in a sub coma state wednesday 24th rushed her to the hospital diagnosed with enlarged infected gall bladder and failing kidneys developed full blown dementia/altzheimer disease.thursday 25th-sunday 28th condition got worse. monday 29th pass away at 7:25am. i was skeptikal when us news and rated chhc 2 stars but social worker at presbyterian and at chhc said that was bogus,well they got their insurance and medicaid money and lost my mother what a trade! dont send your parents their take em to white oak manor rated 5 star best i wish i did.

As I read these comments, I feel I would like to work at this center. I would make change in this center, to make sure our elderly people are treated with the respect and dignity that they deserve.

My mother has been in there for around 10 years - Her children would love to get her out of there but her current husband refuses. She is dirty most of the time and her hair always smells - others who have visited with say it has been 4 weeks between bathings - she is unable to communicate ever her basic needs - bathings should be "given"!



My family will not and can not recommend this place for anyone! I you love your elder member don't place them there.

We had our mother here for six months and we could not get her out of this home fast enough! My mother's room mate fell out of her bed, I went to get help, the nurse ignored me and was was rude when I told her what happened. She said "can't you pick her up"? I tried but, she was dead weight so I needed help....it took the staff 2 hours to get there! The staff was always rude and bothered with any request or question! I noticed a small fire outside from one of the staff's cigarette's and reported it to the front desk, she kept talking to another employee so I called the fire dept and went to the wing of the hospital where the fire was and started moving patients myself! The staff was NOWHERE to be found!! I moved my mom from this place immediately after this incident! The place smelled horrible all the time. Please consider another home for your loved one, speaking from experience, I regret not taking my mom out of this one sooner.
