Unbelievable that a professed Christian as Scott Sheldon would be so devious, underhanded and set a poor example to employees with his lack of ethics, his lack of integrity and just simply gouging the public and most likely the elderly. They lied so many times they couldn't remember. This company is part of why America is in the shape it is in. Taking advantage is a way of life for most of the weak people. Just don't have the courage to stand up for what is right. They billed me $850.00 for a part that cost less than $200.00 and only spent an hour installing. If this is not a crime, I really don't know what is. Most likely they will do something to my unit after receiving this.
And no one will stand up to them because they are working together to gouge the public. Beth
We had a fantastic experience with Charlotte Comfort Systems. We had 2 new systems installed for a fraction of the price that Morris Jenkins wanted to charge us. The installers were courteous, professional and knew exactly what they were doing. We have a few neighbors who have used them and have said nothing but great things. They came highly recommended.

One time, I explained the ducting that needed replacing. I explained that their technicians had already seen and discussed the problem with me and that I needed a quote. Receptionist scheduled a service call to quote exactly what I had explained. They billed me $90 (without telling me beforehand) for that quote. I ended up doing it myself in 1 hour when their quote included 2 professionals doing it for 2 hours (4 hours billed).
I wanted to give them a second chance. So, last week, I scheduled a new service call. We were supposed to be called 1/2 hour before the technician could get there. They called 5 prior and then charged extra to reschedule after hours. Then the technician arrived and proceeded to quote absurd prices for a service and make smart remarks over the phone. After I told him to leave, he called my wife and demanded payment. $135 to have a professional tell me what I already knew. Another company charged $190 and did more than was quoted by the Charlotte Comfort Systems rep.

I heard about Charlotte Comfort Systems on the radio and decided to call them when our upstairs heat unit went out. I determined the ignitor was bad and ordered the part online ($20 and 2 days to receive). We then had unexpected house guests for the night and I wanted them to have heat so I called Charlotte Comfort Systems and was told 89.95 + plus the cost of the part. I knew the part that need to be replaced and knew the price - I expected it to be marked up but they wanted over $300 for the ignitor. I declined and paid for the service call. I'll never use nor recommend Charlotte Comfort Systems again! There are plenty of other reputable HVAC companies out there that will not try to rip off potential customers!
Overall my experience was good. They installed a new heating unit in our house which is working fine. I had the best experience with Don Ferguson. He guided me through the process with ease. He gave me info upfront on how much everything would cost and how we could finance it through the gas company.He also was very knowledgable about the different systems we could purchase. Very professional guy, especially in this age when good help is hard to find.

had my system for over 20 yrs and it went out last year just at the end of a/c season. call png for some one to install a new system they gave me 3 names i call all 3 and don and confort system can in with the best bid.they install my system in just 2 days. the only thing was fter the unit had ran for 2 days on a/c it had a probleam. lenux knew of the probleam.they fixed the probleam and gave me at no charge a exter warnetry for 20yrs on the entire system even on weekends and holidays. thats in loue of the standard warnety. good jod.
I had Charlotte Comfort Systems come out to check my furnace. It was 15 years old. The service tech showed me there was a crack in the heat exchanger and that the furnace should be replaced.
The sales department came out and offered me three different solutions to the problem. I ended up changing the furnace to a new high efficient furnace. I am very pleased with the overall experience and feel much safer going into the winter season. Thank you for all your help, I will definitely recommend your company.
