Excellent Customer Service

Visited this carpet store (in the old Circuit City building on Independence) for the first time yesterday. Charlie and his team made us feel welcome and helped us with our rug. It is nice to visit a store where the customer service is so good. You should definitely check them out if you have any type of carpet needs. We were very impressed and hope to use them again.
