        This has been my DR's office for 6 year since I moved to NC. Unfortunately I will be finding a new DR's office to go to:



        My blood work was ordered incorrectly causing me to get over a $400 bill. After talking to my insurance company I was told that the bill needs to be resubmitted with different reason codes (deficiency in vitamin D etc). I have called twice, given them the fax number of where to submit, and instructions. In over 2 months time they have failed to complete this task.



        This blood-work issue has happened to 2 other people I know at this practice. Unfortunately the other 2 have spent many trips and calls to the facility and still haven't received a resolution.



        I loved my Dr, but she has left the practice. Dr Susan Echterling was the most caring, friendly, and no non-sense Dr I have ever had. She was always late (20 minutes - 1.5 hours) but somehow she was still worth the wait.



        I highly recommend finding a different practice to go to.
