Camden Cotton Mills Apartments

I moved into Camden Cotton Mills on 6/04/11 from out of town. I came to Charlotte for one day to check out apartments and when I walked into the leasing office I was cheerfully greeted by the manager and he showed me an awesome floor plan. By the time I left I knew I wanted to live here. I worked out all the other details; application, lease, etc. online and by phone so the day I moved in it was as simple as getting my keys and unpacking. Everyone in the leasing office was so helpful! They even emailed pictures of the apartment I would be moving into since I had not seen it yet. I can honestly say that every single employee I have come in contact with has been so friendly and helpful. So not having seen my apartment in person before moving in did make me a little nervous but I couldn’t have been more excited when I walked in the first time. The high ceiling and exposed ductwork was the cherry on top of the great layout and pristine condition the apartment was in. I was so surprised after being here for a few days that it is SO quiet. I never hear anything from any other apartments. The rooftop pool is amazing and there are also two huge grills for everyone to use. I haven’t used the grills yet but I have opened the lid twice to take a look and both times they looked brand new so they are kept really clean all the time. The day before I moved in there was a White Party that I missed but they had a 4th of July pool party that I made it to and was so glad I went. This is truly the perfect place to live if you like to work hard but also have a great time on the weekends. I work from home and it is quiet 24/7 when I am on the phone with a customer day or night. On the other hand there are plenty of festivities if you would like to attend. I order online and was impressed with the fact that they will bring my packages to my door and if I am not home I know that they will be waiting for me right inside my door. I moved here from a small town not knowing anyone but feel very safe here. I know that no one can get in without proper authorization. I forgot to mention that they even helped me get my internet set up before I even moved in so I was ready to work when I got here. I could go on and on… valet waste pick up is awesome! If you are looking for a place to live in uptown Charlotte this is truly the BEST!! The location is fabulous too! You can walk anywhere!!
