Delicious Pizza, Great Employees

My family absolutely LOVED the pizza here. It was very tasty. The staff could have been a little bit more observant and helpful -- they were not very knowledgable about the menu and I had to ask for my kids refills a few times. Other than that, we loved the food and would order again.

Brooklyn pizza is tasty, however,the customer service is bad. The wait staff are very rude and not personel. As good as the pizza is, its unfortunate that the service does not reflect that warm family feel. There are other pizza parlors I can go to with good food and good service.

You have to try the Noni's sauce. \r \r Pizza is great and is priced reasonable. \r \r We like to pick up several slices and try different ones. Recommended

I recently visted to location in Wesley Chapel. The service was awful. They will not run a tab so you can have more than one drink or order as you sit at the table ie. appitizer then dinner. The antipasta salad was watery, I hate that. Spin the dam salad! And the manager was a @*tch! It was about 6:30 when we got there, she turn on the house lights soon after we arrived and we asked if she could turn them off, we felt like we were being interrogated not to mention but its still light out (labor day) She said that someone asked to turn them on, I was dumbfounded. WE were asking to turn them off. she did then she opened the blinds next to us and the sun was shining in our eyes. \r I am a very good cook and when I go out I want to have service. I dont want to fight with some 22 year old. I will never go back.

We were horrified when we picked up dinner for the family to find a FLY in our chicken parm. Worse was the reaction we got from both the assistant mgr and mgr. They were very indifferent to the complaint. The mgr actually said they can't control flying insects getting In the food. If they cannot control the cleanness or integrity of the food That is just a lazy response and one which all patrons shoukd be concerned about.

Good pizza--worst staff ever

We went here shortly after it opened and loved the pizza but walked away thinking it was probably the rudest and laziest staff we'd ever seen. We went back recently to give it another chance after a few years and the staff was even worse. Granted, the pizza is good but the 'wait' staff is exceedingly rude and lazy. We'll continue patronizing Wolfman and/or Hawthorne's and never go back again.

this is my dad pizza place =] im his daughter and i just wanted to come and support him and his place so EVERYONE PLZ GO TO BROOKLYN PIZZA PARLOR! its very nice and i love all of the employees my dad hired. we have a lot of fun and im sure anyone would like it!! unless u like that pizza thats little sloppy and with no sauce,,,,. u wud hate it... lol =] thx to everyone who rated a good rating!!

Best NY Pizza in Charlotte
I moved from Long Island NY 9 years ago and searched high and low for a Pizza that is as good as the Pizza you get in New York. Many restaurants claim they are but I have only found one that even comes close and that is Brooklyn Pizza Parlor. Having been disappointed by every other Pizza I tried in Charlotte, I was elated to find this place. Hope you stay in business forever! Arlene Dunn

I just moved to Charlotte from NY and a friend of mine recommended this place. I tried it for the first time this past weekend. The pizza is great. The staff was also very friendly and kept checking on us. I will definitely be going back.

I have tried this place several times hoping that somewhere along the line it would get better. The pizza is bland and pretty disappointing. Service has always been marginal at best.

So, I've been here a couple times. We sat on the patio overlooking the Colony Rd / Rea Rd intersection, and the building and surroundings are really nice. The staff was friendly, they serve beer and wine, kept up with our big thirsts, and the menu looked really good. The pizza looked great, huge slices and lots of toppings. But after diggin in, the taste was kinda boring and average. A letdown since I was excited to have some great ""real"" New York Brooklyn Pizza, but it isn't really. I'm still lookin for that special place in Charlotte. I haven't found one yet to rival a trip to NYC for a slice.

More then just pizza
We have eaten at Brooklyn for both lunch and dinner and it is wonderful. The best chicken parm in Charlotte, the Vodka Sauce is better then my homemade. And those garlic knots are awesome! For a couple who have lived in the north this is true NY cookin! The only change is we would like table service instead of ordering at the counter.

NY Pizza has finally made it to NC

I heard about this place from other neighbors that were originally from NY. Coming from the NY area it was hard to find a good pizza restaurant in Charlotte. When I first moved here people told me to go to Pizza Hut for good pizza. That's like saying go to Olive Garden for good Italian food. The owner was very friendly and the pizza was excellent.

Great pizza, pasta and wings

We tried Brooklyn pizza after moving here a year or so ago. We now go there a couple of times a month or call ahead and pick up a pizza and wings to take home. The atmosphere is brand new and very clean they have a TV in the corner so you can catch a game and they have a nice fireplace too! Great for families and when you want to grab a quick lunch but want more than a drive thru. Their wings are great and so is their pasta and chicken parm sandwich. Our favorite pizzas are the cheese or buffalo chicken pizza. The cannoli's are good too! The staff has always been helpful and the service is quick. This restaurant is locally owned and has that neighborhood feel. The owner is very friendly and welcomes feedback. We had a problem with an order once and he went above and beyond to make it right. This would be a great place to take a team after a game too!
