if you are in business and need a computer do not buy one from them. i purchase 2 labtops from best buy commerical they charged me a 150.00 just to come out and tell me what i needed. charged me $5000.00 for 2 labtops a couple of software and networking 3 computers together. 3 months later 1 harddrive crashed i lost a month of work of which couldnt be retrieved. they couldn t send any one here for weeks so they told me to take it to a store who had to ship it off to kentucky. a week or so later i still don thave it back and you can t get a real person to answer the phone. you just have to go on there website and enter in your service order number which only tells you that they have your computer and it gives you a phone number which only gives you a recording to no where i completely explains to the sales rep. that i wanted a good warranty plan that would replace my system if it crashed at once. they sold me what they call a black tie warranty. you would think that would be the best their is which the only thing that black tie it the cost of what they charged me for it...... i will never buy anythin g from best buy again.

Having few options I returned to Best Buy after more than one bad experience. My computer crashed so I went there for a replacement. I spent close to an hour comparing different computers before deciding on a cute DELL on sale at $399.00. The sales rep says they are sold out... and getting no more in. I can understand a sales paper, but why have something displayed days after it's sold out the rep said. So I settled on a computer that was expensive and not what I wanted that will be going back tomorrow. Also I aksed twice about the warranty and still didn't get a clear pirce or what it covered. I will defintely not shop here again.
I am a woman, and therefore like all women, I love to shop. Day in and day out I try to find the best deals around. Best Buy seemed to be the place for me. I love best buy stores all over, that was untill, unfurtunatlly, I called the one on Jw Clay Blvd. I will never look at this store the same way. I have never been so insulted in my life, when it comes to shopping. If I have to order off line for the rest of my life, it will be better than ever calling this store again.
