I had an amazing experience with Greg and his supervisor Skylar. They were prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. I’ve read previous reviews and most were great and I can attest that they are truly a great company.

I was fortunate to have Quentin Carswell and Brent Hinson install my HVAC. These guys were absolutely phenomenal, and I'd recommend them to anyone. They're clear subject matter experts who truly care about their customers. I'm very blessed that this was the team assigned to my home. They did a wonderful job.

Jr and Timothy arrived on time. early even. they were not intrusive, quiet, and absolutely professional. They installed a new furnace and a couple carbon monoxide detectors.

they also advised me to remove two ancillary filters that were unnecessary and possibly causing heat backup.

I would not hesitate to recommend them. Great experience

Ronnie did a great job today installing our new HVAC system. He was professional and responsive. I recommend his services.

Mike was my tech who came out he was very thorough honest and just an overall great guy that did an awesome job on my system

Great smart tech at Acosta.... we have had issue with our furance for over 5 years. The technician came in last year and made a few adjustments to the furnace. We haven't had any issue with the furnace since. Great to have techs that can truly diagnose and not just try to sell you things you don't need.

Patrick did a in depth review of my 4 units and explained the condition of each unit and provided details of any items that may be needed in the future. Also was very impressed with how well he cleaned each unit. Great customer service. David S

I would not recommend Acosta to anyone who needs a new unit or service. Lauren sold us a 2-1/2 ton unit which I later learned should have been a 3 ton unit. I asked her repeatedly to explain how she figured a 2-1/2 ton unit for 1,895 square feet and 16 vents and all I got in return was very vague answers and never anything in writing.

We also paid for years worth of maintenance and none of their techs ever informed us of a serious mold problem that we had in our ducts. We were treated much better by their competition, I would never do business with this company again.

Acosta Heating and Cooling has been a trusted resource for us when we needed to replace our dual HVAC units. They offered a great product and cost though Costco Warehouse Store. Even better, the service pro assigned to our product is very helpful he takes his time explaining every step to us and we trust him.

Very unhappy with the lack of customer service and poor customer/business decisions; I've had a brand new unit in place for ONE year and already have leaks and other issues which Acosta could not diagnose. They told me the ONLY way to diagnose the problem was for me to hire a plumber which I did and paid for the plumber to diagnose the problem Acosta could not find on their own product. Acosta's owner REFUSES to reimburse/credit the plumber cost. This is a matter of principle and obviously the owner has enough business that he does not need to keep mine. I do NOT suggest using this company. There are many other companies out there that will work to earn and keep your business.

I called Acosta to get an estimation for a new A/C unit.



Acosta told me that it was for free the visit. An employee from Acosta came and demanded me to pay $95.



Also I received a phone call from them extremely rude!



This company they do not keep their word and they have hidden fees!!!
