At such a pivotal moment in my life, the Karat Patch was there for me as a customer, and as a person. Brett Denton, with only a few minutes before the store closed, set down with me and gave me a total diamond education course. Going through each C, demonstrating the importance of the cut, letting me look at it through the loop, and on a microscope. They showed me quality diamonds and settings, and I never felt pressure at any time to make a purchase. The saw me as a guy during an important time in my life that had an important decision and purchase to make, and respected that. And they respected my budget as well. I was worried that I would feel pressured to make a purchase or end up with something I wasn't totally satisfied with. But thanks to Brett's patience and kindness I have a ring I am proud to say I selected with no regrets, and I can't wait to give it to her. Everybody there was friendly and just eager to help. And probably the best part about this all, IT WAS FUN!!! I highly recommend the Karat Patch for anyone, and I will be going there for all of my future jewelry purchases.

One Love is literally the only place my wife and I will use in Charlotte. We love how professional and classy the shops atmosphere is. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and really make you feel at home. We have bought several great pieces, both glass and electronic. We always make sure to grab some incense and cool local pins when we stop in, and end up enjoying a nice conversation with the owners before we leave. Its the place where everybody knows your name and its okay to be you. We are both really glad we found it. More cities need responsible shops like this
Infinity's End is a pretty cool store. Not many stores like it in the area. They carry a wide variety of items that you cannot get at most stores like vintage rock t-shirts, fashion clothing, skateboards, disc golf, incense, posters, body jewelry, sterling jewelry, gifts and collectibles. Not to mention that it's probably the nicest smoke shop in the Southeast. Pipes, cigarette papers, cigars, imported cigarettes, you name it, they've probably got it ;) The locaton is easy to get to, but my only problem was that they close at 8:00pm most days.
