After the recent ice and snow of Jan.2016, I had a problem with a disabled Mighty Mule security gate, and i needed to chat with a troubleshooter. Mark patiently walked me through opening the control box, finding the problem and fixing it. It turns out that the controller has a fuse that blows to protect the circuitry. A box of spare fuses was inside, so I had to plug one in to bring it back to life. I also had to dig out the ice chunks in the track to prevent disabling the Mighty Mule again. Thanks again to Mark for patiently consulting on a problem about 100 miles away.
Mark Morton has repaired and maintained my GTO Mule 502 gate opener for several years, and recently completely replaced my old installation.
