My friends and I have been eating lunch @ Nikos for the last 5 months almost daily, so to say that I love their lunch is an understatement! This morning we decided to go here for breakfast (HUGE mistake). The cashier took my order wrong, when I went to pick it up there was sausage on my plate (which I dont eat) when I brought this to her attention, she almost cursed me out!!! (minus the curse words) She called me a liar, and insisted I ordered sausage, then went on to tell me how &quot;she dont get orders wrong&quot; (neck popping). The nice lady, (that yells the order numbers @ lunch) came and fixed my order, tried to apologize for the others behavior/bad attitude, which was nice, but she should not have had to do that. We will not dine here again anytime soon, such a shame I love their food, but I also like to be appreciated as a customer. If you're going here for lunch, you will love it. You might not wanna chance it @ breakfast time though, there a little cranky in the morning.

This is a very nice restaurant and I trust when I order that I'm about take a delicous food journey. They haven't let me down yet! However, the younger female that take orders there and run the register really need to learn customer service skills. Just like I'm not their only customer, Niko's is not the only restaurant. The slightly older lady there is really nice. I keep going because the food is good, and the older lady makes me feel appreciated. Please train that young lady before she run your customers off. For the mere fact this young lady's customer service skills are so bad, I gave it a four star rating as oppose to five stars, based on the sanitation and quality of the food it deserves.
After a terrible experience at a different area McDonalds where the manager called me a liar, I drove to this location believing it was owned by the same individual. Despite that, the owner at Tryon St. was nice enough to hear what I had to say, apologize for the ridiculous behavior of the manager, and even offered to make it right at his store. I looked around while in there - it's very clean and modern, and the people looked friendly and hardworking. It was the complete juxtaposition from the location at South & Remount. One place gained a loyal customer, while the other lost one for life. Big thanks Marty, you're a class act!
Went through their drive through today around 12:30pm, December 11, 2015, and the food was good as we have come to expect from Cook Out. The bacon wrap was made with chewy bacon. Not my personal favorite as I like my bacon crispy, but it was good. The meal overall was good. The staff cannot get the order correct. One order we wanted fries and the other we wanted onion rings but we got fries on both. And our drinks, we ordered 2 sodas with no ice and we got one without ice and one with ice. So, if your hungry and want a good meal quick this is a great place to go, just check your order before you leave.
While waiting for Crisp to open I was like a child waiting for the Tooth Fairy. The black and green awning itself set the stage for something new, modern and fresh. I was not disappointed. I've had a salad everyday I visited last week. I had the salad where you top it off with 5 additives including portabella mushrooms and grilled red peppers. I own a spa in walking distance and I'll be walking at least twice a week for a healthy yet tasty lunch. I'm looking forward to the day that they open for dinner which I hear will be soon. R. This Chik-Fil-A, like all of them, has great food! They have the best unsweet tea in Charlotte! They also have all these activities like theme nights, specials if you dress like this or that, code words to get a discount, etc. They seem so creative there! I've seen church youth nights, different school nights, then there was the Daddy/Daughter night. I am looking forward to what night is next! Great staff, cheerful people, I just think of this Chik-Fil-A as being bright, clean, fun, and always something going on! I love going there!
Hav'nt been to many a Taco bell outlets because i dont really like beans paste in a bread roll in particullar, but this one is really good. One thing about them, they are clean, real clean, not just because of the sanitation score of 99.9 or so, but the interior looks nothing like no fast food joint. I like this place. The food presention is super, the staff, well maybe they could be a little friendlier, but they ok. Thumbs up Taco bell on this one.
i know a fast food job is not the best job to have. but when you see someone smile behind the counter at a fast food chain. its puts you into perpective about your job and how somedays are good and some are bad. but by her smiling at job i should be rejocing at mind. not saying a higher paying is everything, but i should have a attitude of thankfulness. because there is always someone out there worst off than YOU.
This was a chosen place for a business meeting but upon arrival we noted a very young staff. The wait time was above average but, they forgot to add the pickles or give a debit card reciept. The food was average especially the soup since it's main ingredient was tasting of sodium. The apples were far from eye appeasing and, the bread didn't taste like rye at all. The price was too much for what was rendered.
